Project Manager
Job Description :
- Familiar with Indonesian construction industry regulations, construction specifications and safety management requirements.
- Familiar with Indonesian culture and good at handling local labor relations.
- Mastery of engineering management software such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Primavera or BIM tools.
- Ability to control costs, budget preparation, contract management and construction progress control.
- Familiar with Indonesia’s environmental protection, land use approval and labor regulations.
- Fluent in Indonesian and English, able to communicate with international teams, owners and local construction teams.
- Familiar with Indonesia’s local material supply chain, construction labor market and government approval process.
- Strong sense of responsibility and focus on construction quality and safety.
Requirements :
- Bachelor degree or above in civil engineering, construction engineering, project management and other related majors (from a local or internationally recognized university in Indonesia).
- At least 5 years of experience in construction or project management, with successful cases in local or international projects in Indonesia.
- Applicants working in the construction and civil engineering industries will be given priority.
- Hold a professional qualification certificate in relevant industries in Indonesia, such as SKA (Surat Keterangan Ahli), or other engineering technology qualifications.
